Leaders of Jiangsu College of Nursing Were Invited to Lecture at Peking University
“Tianyi Star” Medical Education Brand Became Well-known in Peking University
At the invitation of the National Development Research Institute of Peking University, Ji Wenqiao, secretary of the Party Committee of Jiangsu College of Nursing, went to Peking University to deliver a thematic class on the “Medical Reform, Medical Ethics, Brand, Talent and Health Gvernance in the Context of ‘Health in China’ in the New Era” to students at Peking University. The course was hosted by Li Ling, Professor of Economics at National School of Development at Peking University and Director of Health Development Research Center of Peking University.
The class focused on the current medical reform, brand construction, talent cultivation, reflections on medical reform and suggestions, with the new medical reform and health in China as the mainlines. Based on the successful practice of “Huai’an Medicine” brand, the creation of “Xuyi Lobster” brand and “Tianyi Star” medical education brand was combined. Besides, the course comprehensively explained medical reform, medical ethics, brand, talent and health governance with Jiangsu College of Nursing’s sophomore student Han Baoxin’s advanced deeds to save people at the Dishui Lake metro station in Shanghai as an example.
In recent years, Jiangsu College of Nursing, adhering to the brand tenet of “protecting life, self-cultivation and being rational”, has been insisting on the brand concept of “running education attentively, seeking development with responsibility and creating the brand with intelligence” to create a provincial and national leading brand with international influence at the political height in the scientific, emotional, cultural and innovative manner. Following the “five-degree” ideological and political education method, the school integrates the four featured cultures: Huai’an Medicine’s innovative culture, white angels’ inclusive culture, the Great Canal’s open culture and Zhou En’lai hometown’s red culture to form the school’s brand culture and gathers all the positive power of the school and society to make “Tianyi Star” medical education brand more famous. Han Baoxin’s deeds to initiatively save people are the result of the school’s brand construction.
